MEETINGS

Online/phone/email meetings as agreed:

1. Pre-build, main design meeting (online) understanding your practice and agreements relating to the WEBSITE VISION document completed in advance by yourself

2. Check in to confirm/adjust website style so far

3. Pre-launch small amends as required and connecting domain name and website hosting

4. Post-launch meeting (online) handover and a simple Squarespace tutorial with notes on simple updates you can do yourself

POST-LAUNCH TECHNICAL CARE

1 month period following launch should anything crop up.

This highly personalised service of consultation, design, build & launch of your Core Therapeutic Website generally takes place within a calendar month; final timescale to be agreed on an individual basis.

This Core Therapeutic Website provides comprehensive information about your service and a means for potential clients to get in touch. All websites require the owner to pay for annual subscriptions for their website name: domain name, and a company to keep their website on a server which enables it to appear on the internet: website hosting. I am happy to offer guidance with these online tasks.

FOR THE WEBSITE DESIGN

1. I will share/email a simple and hopefully enjoyable document to fill in entitled WEBSITE VISION, this is a place to provide your website text, highlighted values, style preferences including colour palette, fonts and overall tone

2. PROFESSIONAL BODY LOGO digital version of your professional membership badge(s)

3. IMAGES whilst I enjoy selecting images for your site, you may wish to provide visuals important to you. A recent photo of yourself (within the last couple of years) can be very helpful for clients

PRE-LAUNCH

Your new website needs to be linked to both your:

1. DOMAIN NAME

2. WEBSITE HOST

I specialise in carefully designed, comprehensive informational websites which provide detailed information, describe services and provide contact details for potential clients to get in touch with you.

I do not specialise in:

• E-commerce/online shops

• Online payment facilities

• Online appointment booking/scheduling facilities where the client books themselves into an appointment
